    Not every message needs a meeting. Use email for updates, chat for quick questions, meetings for decisions. Clarity includes choosing the right medium.

  3. Repeat Key Messages

    In hybrid, assume things will be missed the first time. Reinforce priorities in multiple channels to ensure alignment.
