The Website also allows you to learn more about Ally Nitschke’s transformational leadership and communication services, including keynote speaking, executive coaching, and leadership development programs tailored to individual and organisational needs (Purchase Services).

3. Purchase Policy

3.1. By using the Purchase Services, you agree to pay the price listed on the Website (Purchase Price) for any Products or Eproducts.

3.2. Payment of the Purchase Price may be made via debit card, credit card o Ally Nitschke and Made For More Pty Ltd may retain your purchase details for future reference.

3.5. If your payment is unsuccessful for any reason, you are liable for any resulting fees or charges.

3.6. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Where services are delivered internationally, GST may not apply.

3.7. If you default on payment, any costs incurred by Ally Nitschke and Made For More Pty Ltd to recover the debt will be payable by you.

4. Delivery of Products and Eproducts

4.1. Ally Nitschke and Made For More Pty Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any order at her discretion.

4.2. Eproducts are delivered via email upon successful payment.

​

4.3. Physical Products may be shipped via third-party Delivery Service Providers.

​

4.4. If a Product is damaged or lost in transit, please:

​

a) Contact the Delivery Service Provider directly to lodge a claim; and
b) Notify us at Hello@madeformore.com.au with proof and details of the issue.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Incorrect Products or Eproducts may be eligible for a refund. Email Hello@madeformore.com.au within 5 business days with proof of purchase and photos.

5.2. Change-of-mind refunds are not available.

​

5.3. No refunds are issued for late delivery due to carrier delays.

​

5.4. No refunds are available for:

• Denied delivery acceptance

• Incorrect delivery address

• Receiver unavailable with no follow-up

• Undeliverable items returned to sender​

5.5. For any concerns, please contact us, we want you to be satisfied.

6. Cancellation Policy

​​

At Made For More Pty Ltd we work with our clients to ensure that the programs are successful. This means ensuring the commitment of participants to the program.

Should a program* be cancelled, we reserve the right to apply the following policy:

6.1. Cancellation of the program* 8 weeks or earlier from commencement date: any costs incurred are invoiced plus 10% of the program fee for administration.

6.2. Cancellation of the program* 4 to 8 weeks from commencement: any costs incurred are invoiced plus 50% of the program fee.

6.3. Cancellation of the program* less than 4 weeks from commencement: any costs incurred are invoiced plus 100% of the program fee.

Should a scheduled program* date be changed, we reserve the right to apply the following policy:

6.4. Change of a program* date within 4 to 8 weeks of the scheduled date: 50% of the program fee.

6.5. Change of a program* date less than 4 weeks of the scheduled date: 100% of the program fee.

6.6. If a person withdraws from a program*, in some circumstances, a substitute person may be added to the program for an administration fee only.

6.7. All Coaching Sessions need to be completed within the specified program period.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

7. Our Commitment

 

7.1. Made For More Pty Ltd commits to delivering an outstanding program that specifically meets and honours the needs of the individual and the organisation.

7.2. If a face-to-face Program is impacted, delayed, restricted, or unable to proceed as originally planned due to any government direction, public policy, economic disruption, energy market instability, energy shortages, fuel supply issues, transport or travel disruptions, venue restrictions, force majeure event, or any other circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Made For More Pty Ltd or the Client, Made For More Pty Ltd reserves the right to deliver the Program virtually from its professional home production studio. In this event, the Program will be delivered via an online platform, with all access details and attendance information provided to the Client in advance. The parties agree that delivery in this format satisfies Made For More Pty Ltd's obligations to provide the Program.

7.3. A Program includes any one-off or series of workshops, coaching sessions, webinars, events, and speaking engagements, whether delivered face-to-face or online.

8. Consumer Guarantees

Our Products and Eproducts come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for major faults.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. All content, including Products, Eproducts, Free Resources, and Services, is protected by copyright. All rights are reserved by Ally Nitschke and Made For More Pty Ltd.

9.2. You may not replicate, broadcast, modify, or redistribute any content without written permission.
