Lead With Courage
Triple your Clarity, Confidence, Communication in the next 6 months.
Why Leading with Courage Matters:
In this volatile, uncertain and rapidly changing environment and in an era of texting tagging and tweeting leaders must navigate the complexities of the demands of a multi generational workforce, leading their business and teams, communicate effectively, and connect with their people at a much deeper level all while working a virtual world.
CEOs and chief HR officers typically say the challenges they're having with their leaders are:
People leadership being passed onto HR
Continually putting out fires
Strategic work taking a back seat
Leaders are lacking confidence with performance conversations
Leaders are afraid of litigation and saying the wrong thing.
Struggling knowing how to handle the current mental health problems
Conversations on return to work requirements and expectations
Worried about the 'Great Resignation' and losing good people.
Bad PR and reputational damage (great place to work. war for talent).
Leaders typically say they're struggling with:
Knowing the direction of their leadership/career and their next steps
Unclear on their Leadership Value Proposition
Where to focus and spend their energy
Confidence when presenting to Executive Leadership Team and Board
At this level are a bit like a deer in headlights, they're overwhelmed and not sure where to go first. Leaders at this level need to focus on what action is going to move the needle for them.
These leaders are very clear on their direction, are confident in their abilities and position, and communicate with impact and influence.
These leaders are overworked, working long hours, and still trying to do their technical excellence job as well as lead a team. These leaders need to focus on delegating and empowering the team around them.
Leaders at this level are building their strategic alignment and focusing on leading change within their team and across the organisation.
Leaders are busy being busy. Their main focus needs to be on clarity. What type of leader do they want to be? They need to focus on developing their leadership blueprint and playbook.
These leaders are ready to focus on what their impact is and is going to be. What legacy are they leaving behind? Who are they impacting and influencing within their team, organisation or industry?
Leaders at this level are cruising, they're no longer frantic, however, they're not yet making an impact or influencing those around them. These leaders need to develop an action plan.
The Leaders we typically work with are looking to DEVELOP THE FOLLOWING KEY AREAS
Strategies to elevate their self-awareness
Elevate their brand and positioning as a leader
Gain better understanding and insight of others
Develop an executive presence and influence
Lead change or lead their team through change
Move from reacting to responding
Know they are MADE FOR MORE and need help to get there.

Ally took us on such a great personal and professional journey. I am beginning a new career and Ally gave me the tools to feel confident and assertive. We learnt a lot about our individual personalities and how this can help us be productive and successful in the workplace. Ally was engaging and took the time to get to know us before the course which made it feel really personal. I walked out of the classroom each day with my head held high and my confidence boosted. A big thank you. I am no longer afraid to have courageous conversations!

Ally is an authentic and engaging leadership coach with so much passion for what she does. Having heard her speak previously at a SheCreates event, we engaged Ally on behalf of Spence Club Inc to speak to our members about the Love Languages of Leadership. Hosted on the last day of a state-wide lockdown, the event was such a success, with members still referring to the learnings of the session and sharing what they learned with others. Ally brings so much enthusiasm to any workshop she delivers, and has no problem in keeping her audience captivated throughout. We were thrilled to be joined by her and look forward to hearing her speak at future events, each which offer bite-sized pieces of take-away information that's easy to remember and implement in our day-today lives. Thank you, Ally, from all of us at Spence Club!
