4. Your Purchase

4.1. By using the Purchase Services, you agree to pay the total price listed (Purchase Price).

4.2. Payment must be made via an authorised Payment Gateway Provider (e.g., credit/debit card or other secure methods).

4.3. You are responsible for reviewing the terms and policies of the Payment Gateway Provider.

​

4.4. Upon successful payment, you will receive a receipt and Ally Nitschke may retain your purchase details for future service delivery and records.

4.5. You are liable for any costs or charges resulting from failed transactions or declined payments.

​

4.6. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise noted. If you are located outside Australia, GST may not apply.

4.7. If you default on a payment, you agree to cover all reasonable recovery costs.

​

4.8. Once payment is accepted, cancellations are not permitted.

 

5. Delivery of Products and Eproducts

​

5.1. Ally Nitschke and Made For More Pty Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including product unavailability.

5.2. Eproducts are delivered via email or user account access following a successful purchase.

​

5.3. Physical products are delivered using third-party delivery services.

​

5.4. If your order is lost or damaged during delivery:

  • a) Please contact the Delivery Service Provider to submit a claim; and

  • b) Notify us at hello@madeformore.com.au so we can investigate and consider changes to delivery options.

 

6. Refunds and Returns

6.1. If you receive an incorrect item, contact hello@madeformore.com.au within 5 business days with proof of purchase and a photo of the item.

6.2. Refunds are not available for change of mind.

6.3. We do not provide refunds for delayed delivery outside estimated timeframes.

​

6.4. No refunds will be issued for:

  • a) Delivery refusal by receiver

  • b) Incorrect delivery details

  • c) Unclaimed parcels returned due to receiver inaction

6.5. If you experience an issue with a product or service, please reach out to hello@madeformore.com.au. We aim to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

7. Consumer Guarantees

All Products and Eproducts are covered under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for major defects. For minor issues, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable timeframe.

 

8. Liability and Waivers

8.1. Ally Nitschke and Made For More Pty Ltd’s total liability under these Terms will not exceed the cost of resupplying the services to you.

8.2. Any waiver under these Terms must be made in writing and applies only to the specific instance stated. A delay or failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver.

 

9. Copyright and Intellectual Property

9.1. All materials, frameworks, presentations, documents, recordings, and resources developed by or under the direction of Ally Nitschke and Made For More Pty Ltd remain the sole property of Ally Nitschke and Made For More Pty Ltd.

9.2. No intellectual property is transferred to you. Your access is limited to personal or professional use as intended.

9.3. Nothing in these Terms affects Ally Nitschke and Made For More Pty Ltd’s moral rights.

 

10. Indemnification

If you breach Ally Nitschke’s copyright or use intellectual property without permission, you agree to indemnify Ally Nitschke and Made For More Pty Ltd for all related losses, including legal fees and damages.
