Marque is the Head of Strategic Design at Isobar. He has nearly two decades of experience as a strategy and business design lead, building both brands and businesses for some of Australia’s largest organisations.
He consistently applies different thinking to the same old business challenges, using a human centred design approach.
Working across all sectors, from Financial Services to FMCG, CPG, Retail, Mining, Pharma, Automotive, Energy, and Government, he's used design thinking, agile methodologies, behavioural economics, and business design to improve relationships, and results.
He loves getting to the underlying cause of any business challenge, and strategically applying human psychology, and creative principles to generate lasting and effective change.
He's insatiably curious and a bit of a tech geek. He's been both creative and strategic leads for large and small enterprise, scaled startups, has a degree in Behavioural Psychology, and is always people focused.

He has a satirical sense of humour and loves a good single malt whiskey.
